Adult Day Care 18-59

Launching in January 2025, our Adult Day Care will offer tailored support for adults aged 18-59 with mental health challenges. Our day program is designed to enhance the quality of life through engaging activities, social interaction, and personalized care plans that cater to each individual's needs. The adult day program provides a range of therapeutic activities, including individual and group counseling, life skills workshops, and recreational activities. Our multidisciplinary team works closely with participants to address mental health challenges, build coping strategies, and foster social connections.

Our program offers a blend of therapeutic services and life skills development, set within a nurturing farm environment. We provide a sober living home, an adult day program, and a board and care facility, all designed to support individuals on their journey to recovery and personal growth.
