Launch: Training, Housing & Support to Rebuild

Launch is the nonprofit heart of Care Villages, created to help individuals rise from surviving to truly thriving. Designed for people recovering from addiction, homelessness, or social neglect, Launch provides the extended support needed to rebuild a stable, independent life. Through safe transitional housing, practical job training, personalized life coaching, and business startup support, participants gain real-world tools that restore confidence and purpose. This program acts as a bridge between early recovery and long‑term independence, offering budgeting skills, digital literacy, mentorship from those with lived experience, and career preparation to ensure every participant has a clear path forward. Funded through grants, foundations, and community generosity, Launch embodies compassion in action—proving that when people are given structure, opportunity, and belief, they don’t just recover… they launch into a new life.
